1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

Green Earth Gardens Ltd operates a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy on all products and services.

All sales are final once an order has been placed.

2. Perishable & Natural Products

Many of our products (including plants, trees, turf, and other natural materials) are perishable and time-sensitive.

Due to the nature of these items:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer exchanges
  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering

This is in line with UK consumer law exemptions for perishable goods.

3. Services

For gardening and landscaping services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service are not eligible for a refund

4. Faulty or Damaged Items (Statutory Rights)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Or not as described

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence where possible.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer a partial refund

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Damage caused by weather conditions
  • Failure to receive goods due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Ensuring delivery access is suitable
  • Providing accurate delivery information
